Once you learn how to ski or snowboard you will
never forget. It will be something that you
can do the rest of your life. That's why it
is so important that you learn the right way
to ski and snowboard, and that is where our
PSIA certified instructors come into play.
Our committed men and women can assist you to
achieve that goal, whether you are just beginning,
or have multiple years of skiing experience.

Taking
a Private
Lessons allows the student
one on one time with our instructor, this is
the best way to take a lesson at Marquette Mountain.
Our instructors taylor their lesson plans to
be form fitting for a never ever to perfecting
your technique as an advanced skier or snowboarder.
If the designated lesson times don't
work for your schedule please feel free to contact
us, with 24 hour notice our staff can make your
lesson happen! Reservations are not required
but are highly recommended.

Taking
a group lesson is the next best way to learn
to ski or snowboard. You can add this
lesson to your daily lift ticket for only $10! This
lesson is only available at the designated times
of 1:00 weekday and 11:00 on weekends.
Reservations are not required but are hightly
recommended.

Along
with Individal one time lessons we also offer
multi visit lesson packages. The following
programs offer your skier/snowboarder 1 hour
lessons for multiple weeks in a row. These
programs are open to all ability of skiers and
snowboards.
Mining
Jouranl Ski School
No
one is to old or experienced
This
program is a 6 week program, teaching your skier
or snowboard from beginning to advanced techniques.
It begins January 9th and runs for 6 consecutive
weeks. Program I which is six weeks of
lessons is $145 if the individual needs equipment
or $88 without equipment. Our classes
will run on Tuesday and Thursday 1 - 4:00 (adults
only) or Monday thru Friday lesson starting
at 6:30 and Sunday lesson starting at 5:30.
The program works in a manner of the first hour
is the lesson and the next two hours are free
time. This program is for skiiers 6 and
up. This season we have added the
FREESTYLE LESSON option. Come to
the Ticket Office to register! Must register
48 hours before the start of the program. You
will receive 1 hour lesson and then 2 hours
of free ski time. This free ski time is
under the supervision of the parents, please
do not leave the property!

Ski School
Ages
2 1/2 to 10
This program is a
3 week program and runs multiple times through
out the season. You chose the day of the
week for the lesson and come on that day for
3 consecutive weeks, programs run on Saturday3-5,
Sunday and Wednesday 3-5 or Wednesday and Thursday
from 5-7. There are 3 sessions, one in
Decemeber, one in January, and one in February.
If the skiier or snowboarder needs equipment
it is $63 but without equipment is $40.
Come to the Ticket Office to register!
You must register 48 hours before the start
of the program. You will receive 1 hour
lesson and then 1 hours of free ski time.
This free ski time is under the supervision
of the parents, please do not leave the property!
