Tuesday Co-ed Rec leagues will be divided
into “A” and “B” Leagues
Registration deadline is May 12, 2011 –
$200.00
Late registration from May 13 to 19, 2011
– $400.00
League starts May 24, 2011
This year there will be a limit of 26 teams
on Tuesday Night, all other teams will play
on Wednesday night. To enter a
team, we need team name, captains name and
phone number and your teams registration fee.
A completed roster can be turned in at a later
date. This will be a first come first serve
list with NO EXCEPTIONS. And as always, teams
will not be officially registered until team
fees are paid.
DATES: Tuesday nights - May 24 thru August

(9 weeks of play and 3 weeks of playoffs)
TIME: 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30
AWARDS: 1st/2nd/3rd place for league standings
are individual awards and a team trophy for
final league standings!
REFEREES: Each match will be officiated.
TEAM SIZE: 15 player roster - maximum. Roster
add ons filed each week before play. Final
roster deadline at 8th week of play. IF A
PLAYER ON THE FIELD IS NOT ON THAT TEAMS ROSTER,
FORFEITURE OF THAT GAME COULD RESULT. No less
than 2 players of the opposite sex on the
field at all times or forfeit. No less than
5 players on the field or forfeit. EXCEPTION:
If opposing team OK’s play with 4 people
or less, then match can be played. Players
cannot change to another roster during league,
however, can play on both nights on different
teams. Team may add to roster up to 15 maximum
names with NO deletions - through 8th week
of play. ALL PLAYERS MUST SIGN WAIVERS. Players
must be 16 years of age to play. A League
is rally scoring 21, B League is International
Rules to 15 points. Teams will play best 2
of 3 games for a match. Match will be set
round robin style. If not enough team members
are available for play by 10 minute after
the scheduled start, the first game will be
forfeited. If not enough players are available
by 20 minutes after the scheduled start, the
entire match will be forfeited. Forfeit will
be International rules. Matches at 6:30 and
7:30 are scheduled for 1 hour. EXCEPTION:
With only 10 minutes left in that hour to
play, the final game of the match will be
played with rapid scoring. Each service will
score, no matter who serves. Service stays
with point winner. A "let serve"
does score.
CALLING: Marquette Mountain will “call”
games due to inclement weather by 4 P.M. If
not “called”, teams must show
up for play. If weather changes, team captains
will then vote to “call” the game.
IF GAMES ARE “CALLED” BY CAPTAINS,
IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO RESCHEDULE NOT
ONLY THE MATCH BUT ALSO THE OFFICIALS.
RULES: International rules will govern play.
A copy of the rules can be obtained from Jesie
in the office. Any changes in rules must be
submitted by team captains then voted on by
a majority of team captains.
OTHER: Players MUST wear foot protection at
all times. No attacking the serve; serve may
be blocked. Volley does not have to change
to the opposite sex. ball may be hit by any
team member up to 3 times. NO ONE MAY CARRY
IN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Dogs will be allowed
on premises but owner MUST maintain them or
they will be asked to leave.
