Winter is Coming – November 22:
Join us for the Marquette Mountain Kick-Off Celebration
The air’s turning cold, and if you’re like us, you’re already checking the forecast three times a day. We’re getting the mountain ready, and before the lifts start spinning for the winter, we want to hang out with all of you.
Consider this your official invitation to our annual pre-season gathering: the Marquette Mountain Winter Kick-Off Celebration.
We’re opening the Tbar and Mountain Shop on Saturday, November 22nd, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
It’s a simple afternoon—a chance to see friends, talk about the winter ahead, and take care of a few important pre-season tasks.

What’s Happening at the Mountain
- Good Food & Drink: We’ll have a special menu available, along with some drink specials. Plus, we’re bringing back our special treat: Oysters on the Half-Shell will be available to enjoy.
- Live Music: We’ll have some live music playing to keep the energy up and get everyone in the mood for snow.
- Get Your Pass: Beat the inevitable rush on opening day. You can pick up your Season Pass right here at the party. If you’ve been putting it off, this is also a great time to buy your pass and ask the team any last-minute questions.
- Register for lessons and Adult Race League: We’ll have the ski school desk open so you can register for lessons in person and ask any questions you may have. Someone from the race department will also be here to help with Adult Race League team registrations and questions.
- Gear Tune-Up: Drop your gear in the Mountain Shop so we can help you get them ready for the season!
This celebration is really about gathering the community that makes Marquette Mountain special. Come hang out, enjoy some good food and music, and help us kick the winter countdown into high gear.
We’ll see you on November 22nd!
